We have been practising this philosophy of life since we met Peter and Clara.
We are enjoying a warm Spring afternoon in our centennial country home, a place of natural beauty and peace bordering on the Sierra Tejida Natural Park. It is at this time that thousand of wild flowers appear, a natural carpet covering everything where without doubt, the small orchids with their different colours are the queens.

OUR LOVE FOR NATURE IS REFLECTED IN EVERY ACT WE DO
Our land of centenary OLIVE TREES is cultivated in an ecological way. Each November when the olives have acquired the perfect balance between greenness and maturation, we pick them.
The Mill then extracts an Extra Virgen Oil of first cold pressure, of a golden green colour, very aromatic and mild.
We let a large part of our olive trees grow free, thus offering the birds food during the long winter months, and security for their nests in Spring.
Between the pine tree woods that grow around our land runs a small path where aromatic plants blossom expressions – artistic creations and word-messages inviting recollection, meditation and quietness of body and mind.
