Peter’s Fourth Phase way

It really is such a beautiful way to live. I wake up every day feeling eternally grateful

El Molino is a magical place and the impact it has left on me and my girls will stay with us forever.

It’s funny how energy and thoughts transfer, because the last few months I have been thinking of Peter and the Fourth Phase a great deal.

It feels like only yesterday that you and I were sitting under the beautiful avocado tree and you were telling me all about it.  That conversation not only resonated with me but has been a huge part in my journey ever since.

Sunrise this morning

I am currently living in a beautiful part of the UK and the neighbours I have are amazing.

One neighbour grows vegetables and lets me take what I want, in exchange I

provide him with unlimited fertiliser from my horses.

Another helps me with the horses and does my nails.. in exchange I walk her

dog and take her little boy out riding.
