The power of authentic relations

To be present, available, willing to listen with our heart in periods of difficulty or crisis
is a support contributing to the Fourth Phase.

Relationships are the most beautiful thing in life, a value, an ideal that helps me go beyond materialism and rigid thoughts.

Relationships are learned or for some are spontaneous, sometimes they demand that we slow down, listen to ourselves,  be open to the new, aware of what is going through us.

To look within, to take care to let our emotions flow, to welcome those of others without feeling responsible for them, to meditate or pray, to identify our own needs and be creative in the way we fulfil them to enter into a space of  availability, of real interest, of authenticity.

Each person in peaceful relationship with themselves, with the other, with her  community contributes to the beauty of the world.
Ensuring balance between body, mind and heart is an opening  to relations, and together we go further.

Breathing and therapeutic accompaniment through listening are the means that I have found to enhance the relationship to oneself, to others, to the community and to the world.
